CasaRecord verifies a property relationship and separately helps travelers confirm whether the contact information they already possess matches an authorized rental contact.
Applicants provide government-issued identity evidence as part of the verification review.
Owners or authorized representatives provide accepted documents showing ownership or authorization connected to the property.
The applicant receives a one-time challenge that expires after 30 minutes and must be recited during verification.
Verification uses one continuous video showing the applicant, challenge, identification, property evidence, and final attestation without cuts or pauses.
CasaRecord reviews the submitted evidence before approving an ownership or authorized-representative relationship.
Rental contact information is handled separately. A verified property does not automatically mean every phone number, email, or social account is authorized.
CasaRecord verification does not guarantee property condition, availability, transaction performance, personal safety, refund eligibility, payment protection, or that a future stay will occur as expected.
A contact match means the identifier submitted by the traveler matches information associated with an active CasaRecord. It does not mean CasaRecord is guaranteeing the transaction.
A verified property is only part of the check. Travelers should enter the phone number, email address, social profile, website, or CasaRecord ID they already received and confirm the result directly at CasaRecord.
